They found their perfect home in Norwood, a growing and vibrant neighborhood just outside of downtown Cincinnati, and we got to help them along the way.
Before Casamatic, what was your home buying experience like?
Before we used Casamatic, the home buying process was very exhausting. We had been searching through Zillow and Realtor.com. Our home needed to be in between Florence, KY and West Chester, OH, we wanted a medium size yard, and a home with character. We were trying to weed through so many homes in order to find any of the criteria we were looking for.

What about when you used Casamatic?
We loved the questioning process – it was like signing up for a dating website! There were only a handful of really simple questions to answer and then the matches started coming in. We also really appreciate the graphic element of the website. We’re creatives at heart, so reading through paragraphs of copy is not our ideal situation. We were able to select the pictures that appealed to us and BAM! We were done!

We thought we had seen every home that was on the market, but we found homes on Casamatic that weren’t shown on sites like Zillow. It was super helpful to be seeing homes in different neighborhoods that we hadn’t originally researched. The homes Casamatic sent us were right on target.

Once you found the house, what did you do next?
We requested a showing right away and were connected to a realtor instantly. The process was extremely quick and we were looking at the home the next day!
What was it like working with Casamatic’s partner real estate agent?
He was great! It helped to be connected with just one realtor instead of trying to search online for the agency and the specific agent. Our agent pulled more options for us to view, as well, which was really helpful.
How do you feel now? What’s next for you?
We’re so happy with the decision we made on purchasing our new home! My partner and I purchased an amazing home with character, a perfect backyard, and in a neighborhood that we are happy with. Our next steps are rolling up our sleeves and bringing this 100 year old house back to life!
